Ban Appeal - Guidelines

If you believe your ban was a mistake or wish to request an unban, please follow the format below when creating your Ban Appeal. 
Incomplete or unclear appeals will not be reviewed, so make sure all required details are included.

Ban Appeal Format:

1. Type of Ban: 
(Select one of the following options: Chat / Character / Account)

2. Character Name: 
(Only if the ban is Chat or Character related.)

3. Duration of Ban: 
(Specify how long the ban is active – temporary or permanent.)

4. Reason for Ban: 
(State the reason shown or told for the ban.)

5. Player’s Explanation and Appeal: 
(Describe the situation from your perspective and explain why you believe the ban should be lifted.)

Additional Tips:
• Be respectful and honest in your explanation. 
• Do not create multiple appeals for the same ban. 
• Providing proof (screenshots, chat logs, etc.) will help staff review your case faster. 
• Appeals made without proper information may be ignored.
